From what age can children and teenagers join the classes? +
Children and teenagers can join from age 8. Classes are grouped by school grade.
Which subjects can I find on the platform? +
Deutsch, Mathe and English by grade level, plus STEM & coding, robotics, AI, graphic design and a summer school track — 40 live class tracks open right now.
Is there a free trial lesson? +

One-to-one lessons: Yes! Each student can book one free trial lesson for the first one-to-one lesson with every new teacher they meet.

Group lessons: The first 14 days of our group lessons come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a group lesson you joined within the first two weeks (14 days), you can request a refund or an equivalent lesson voucher.

Note: Digi-Homeschooling reserves the right to change the trial lesson and refund/voucher conditions without prior notice.

Are classes private or group? +
Both. Book a 1:1 slot directly on a teacher's calendar, or join a small live group of up to 8 students.
Payment, Cancellation and Package Terms +
What are your payment options? Is there an instalment option? +
We offer instalment payments for group lessons. With one-to-one lessons you can benefit from much more favourable prices through our subscription model.
Do you refund the fee or offer make-up lessons if we cannot attend? +

One-to-one lessons: You can reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson time, or cancel it and request a voucher or a refund.

Group lessons: After purchase you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Can I cancel monthly memberships at any time? +
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next period and your rights remain valid until the end of the current period.
Is there an extra discount or benefit for 3-month upfront payments? +
From time to time we offer special discounts and campaigns for 3-month upfront payments and bulk purchases. Check the course detail pages for current offers.
Getting to Know the Lesson and the Teacher, and Trust +
How many students are in group classes? +
Our group lessons are interactive classes of at least 2 and at most 8 students, depending on the subject and the students' age groups.
Can we request a teacher change? +
For one-to-one lessons, you can request a teacher change up to 24 hours before the lesson time.
Is teaching aligned with the German curriculum (or school curricula)? +
Yes. Our teachers plan lessons in line with both the German curriculum and the specific school curricula of other countries.
Technical and Lesson Details +
Which devices and equipment do I need to join the lessons? +
With a stable internet connection and a computer or tablet with the Zoom app installed, you can easily join our lessons.
Can we watch recordings of missed lessons later? +
In accordance with student privacy and personal data protection principles, our lessons are not recorded.
Are lesson materials or study resources included in the price? +
No extra fee is charged for resources, homework and documents that our teachers share digitally during and after the lesson.
How can I, as a parent, follow my child's progress and attendance? +
Through the parent panel you can follow your child's attendance (absences), teacher evaluation notes and progress reports at any time, in real time.
